At Gold Trading AI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
If you have created an account in the Gold Trading AI mobile application, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name (if applicable)
- Any additional details that help us identify your account
What Happens When You Request Deletion
After verification, we will:
- Permanently delete your account
- Remove your registered email address
- Delete stored preferences and profile information
- Remove subscription-related account records (where applicable)
Processing time:
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may be retained:
- For legal or regulatory compliance
- For fraud prevention
- For financial or transaction record requirements
Such retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
In-App Account Deletion
If available, users may also delete their account directly inside the app under:
Settings → Delete Account
Deleting your account inside the app will permanently remove your access and associated personal data.
